New Update on the House

Well, all the windows in the house went up last week! We get soooo super excited every time we go out there and something new is completed on our house, which is pretty much everyday. The builders are gettin 'er done!!! This week we got to work with the electrician to choose where to put outlets and lighting through out the house and we also decided in what direction we wanted each door to open. Seems like we are literally designing and deciding EVERY single little detail on our house, which is insanely exciting but somewhat overwhelming too.

Found the Trampoline :(

Well, after days of being missing, our trampoline was finally found somewhere out yonder by one of the workers climbing to the top of our house!

Update on House Progress

So in the last two weeks, the first floor framing and walls came up pretty fast. Now, the second floor and the roof are almost done. So, we are going to Abilene this weekend to pick out roof shingles, brick, and stone!

That is ALOT of roof!!!

Oh!  And the boys' trampoline that Santa brought them for Christmas blew away yesterday!  This crazy west Texas weather shows no mercy...not even to three very sad lil boys!
